Summary
Founded in 1981, Morgan Fuels is Europe’s largest & fastest growing independent Fuelcard Services provider. Reporting to the Card Admin Manager, we are looking to recruit a motivated & highly organised individual to work within our dynamic Card Administration team. This is a fast-paced & rewarding role with genuine career progression opportunities and would be an ideal entry-level position for someone looking to gain industry experience.
Responsibilities, Activities & Duties
The job holder will be required to carry out the following responsibilities, activities, and duties:
- Responsible for setting up & maintaining customer accounts to ensure smooth processing of transactions
- Ensure the effective administration of daily tasks ranging from invoicing to manual reporting
- Work closely with account managers & sales to ensure high standards of customer service
- Provide an efficient telephone enquiry service
- Act as a single point of contact within the department for specialist area of work as required

Essential Experience
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals
- Experience within the Fuelcard industry or similar background (although the right candidate will be considered if this isn’t applicable)
Technical requirements
- Good keyboard and IT skills including proficiency in MS Office Word, and basic skills in Excel
- Possess excellent numeric & English language skills (qualification in this field is not necessary)
- Experience with Fuelsoft would be a great advantage
