We are currently recruiting for one of our well know and established clients based Bradford (BD4 area) to join their team on permanent basis as a Customer Sales Advisor.

In this role you'll:
- Handle inbound calls from our customers and deliver an outstanding customer experience
- perform designated sales service processes to achieve the pre-determined, and agreed performance standards both personally and departmentally
- measure and identify any needs and to develop and introduce corrective action in order to achieve Total Customer Satisfaction
- Be personally motivated in order to ensure that the requirements of the customer, processes and the company are met
- Ensure that all communication is understood and to help maintain the communication process
- Solve problems with empathy and treat our customers fairly
- Be knowledgeable on our products and services to be able to support customers effectively
What are we looking for?
- Passionate people who can deliver exceptional experiences for our customers
- The ability to listen, empathise and build rapport and understanding with customers
- A resilient and a calming nature
- Good attention to detail and the ability to follow process and procedures
- Good IT skills and the confidence to navigate various systems
- Candidates with previous experience in Customer Service, preferable call center environment (min 1 year experience is required for this role)

- Working hours - Monday to Friday 8.45am - 5pm
- Salary 22,400
