We sell high-quality fresh vegetables grown on our farm and delivered directly to the customer's door. This role offers you a chance to join the sustainable food revolution!
The Role
- The core of the role is picking and packing fresh produce.
- The role requires the candidate to hit KPIs and efficiently produce orders to a high standard.
- The candidate will also have a day of multi-drop driving and will be covering other drivers whilst they are on holiday so experience driving a van is desirable.
Attributes required
- A passion for fresh produce, organic food and sustainable living is desirable.
- A team player who can contribute to a team's output but can also work on their own.
- The role is quite physical, the candidate will be on their feet all day and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A good attitude is key to success.
