We are seeking a Kitchen Porter for immediate start.
This would be a full-time permanent position.
The main duties include.
Cleaning/washing and polishing, cutlery, plates and crockery after its use.
Cleaning/washing pots, pans and various cooking equipment.
Cleaning and maintaining hygiene standards across the kitchen, cleaning all surfaces/wall/floors etc.
Taking responsibility of the hotel waste area ensuring the waste is collected and area kept tidy.
Assisting the chefs with food preparation.
The role may have the opportunity to develop further and learn new roles within the kitchen department.
